Cathedral Catholic School Class of ’85 Marks Ruby Anniversary with Thanksgiving Mass and Project Dedication

Event Description

On Friday, December 13, 2025, the Class of ’85 of Cathedral Catholic School gathered at Sacred Heart Cathedral to celebrate their Ruby Anniversary (40 years) with a solemn Thanksgiving Mass.The Holy Mass was celebrated by His Grace, Most Rev. Dr. Gabriel Blamo Jubwe, Archbishop of Monrovia, assisted by the school’s Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Martin C. Dunham. The celebration brought together current students, members of the Alumni Association, and invited guests in an atmosphere of gratitude and thanksgiving.Following the Mass, the Archbishop blessed the newly completed tiling of the corridors of Cathedral Catholic School and unveiled the commemorative plaque of the Cats Kingdom – Class of ’85, marking the alumni’s lasting contribution to their alma mater.In his homily, Archbishop Jubwe commended the Alumni Association for its unwavering support to the school and encouraged students to remain focused on their education, uphold discipline, and grow into God-fearing and responsible citizens who will positively impact society.As a token of appreciation for his continued pastoral care and support, the Class of ’85 presented the Archbishop with a framed board mount portrait of himself.The Cathedral Catholic School community remains deeply grateful to the Alumni Association, especially the Class of ’85, for their invaluable support and commitment to the growth and development of the school.May God continue to bless and reward you abundantly.
